What is the lead time on my order?

Desks, Tables and Workstations require a 14-21 day lead time.

Desk accessories, Chairs, Power Solutions and Lamps are usually dispatched next day.

Factory Direct Clearance items will be dispatched within 24 hours.

How long does shipping take, and what is the process?

 Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive a consignment notification and an email from our team with your consignment note and tracking link. We will give you all the info you need. Please see the typical shipment times according to your location below:

 Brisbane Metro: Same day delivery

Greater Brisbane Region: 1-2 working days

Sydney Metro Region: 1-2 working days

Other NSW Locations: 2-3 working days

Melbourne Metro Region: 2-3 working days

Other VIC Locations: 3-4 working days

Adelaide Metro Region + SA Locations: 4-5 working days

Perth Metro Region + WA Locations: 5-7 working days

For all other freight zones please contact us for an estimated time of delivery.

Where can I find information about delivery costs?

Once you add an item to your cart there is a ‘Shipping Rates Calculator'. Please input your Post Code and it will calculate shipping rates based on your selected item, it's weight and your delivery area. 

For large scale or palletised orders, please contact our team. 

What if I am looking for something a little different or a specific/custom size?

What payment options are available?

We offer a range of payment methods for your convenience. These include PayPal, ZipPay, Credit Card Payment Online and Direct Deposit or Bank Transfer. If you wish to pay over the phone, please give us a call and we can process this.

What is the Warranty on DesksDirect Products?

Each of our items hold a unique warranty, our Custom Made Desks, Tables and High Tables come with a 5 year warranty. Please see the description of the respective item to see the warranty it holds, or just give us a call on 1300 787 523.
